Cookie Notice

This notice explains how cookies and similar browser storage are used on https://thehookplaybook.com and https://app.thehookplaybook.com. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

We currently use only storage needed to provide or protect services you request:

• Authentication and session storage: Supabase session cookies keep signed-in members authenticated and protect access to private dashboard pages.
• Security and delivery: our hosting, delivery and security providers may use short-lived cookies or similar signals for fraud prevention, bot protection, load balancing and reliable page delivery.
• Checkout and billing: Shopify or Stripe may use essential cart, checkout, fraud-prevention and payment-session storage after you choose to buy or manage billing. Their hosted pages provide their own privacy and cookie information.

Blocking essential storage may stop sign-in, checkout, account security or other core features from working correctly.

We do not currently load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Hotjar or other third-party advertising or behavioural analytics on these sites. We therefore do not show an optional-cookie consent banner merely to ask about technologies we do not use.

If we add non-essential tracking in future, it will be blocked until the required choice has been offered. We will also update this notice and provide a straightforward way to change or withdraw that choice.

You can inspect, block or delete cookies using your browser settings. Those controls vary by browser and device. For independent guidance, see the UK Information Commissioner's information about cookies.
