Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Rojus Zekonis, trading as The Hook Playbook. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 and agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must provide accurate account details, keep your login secure and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised use. One account is for one person unless we agree otherwise in writing.

The founding offer is a recurring £12 monthly subscription limited to 30 founding places.

This is a founding beta. We may refine features and workflows as feedback is collected, while continuing to provide the core paid toolkit or giving an appropriate remedy if a material paid feature is removed.

• The £12 monthly price is locked for six months from your first successful subscription payment.
• Any later price change will be communicated in advance and will not override rights you have under applicable law.
• The membership includes four in-app tools: Hook Generator, Hook Critique, Script Expander and Faceless Builder.
• It also includes 24 new hooks every month and one practical implementation breakdown each week while your membership is active.

The separate £4.99 Hook Playbook PDF is a one-time product sold separately. Buying it does not include membership, and joining the membership does not change an earlier PDF purchase.

Each paid billing month includes 60 generations shared across all four tools.

• One click of Generate or Regenerate uses one generation.
• A failed technical request does not count against the allowance.
• Unused generations do not roll over.
• There are no paid generation top-ups during the founding beta.
• The allowance resets on your subscription billing date.

Reasonable technical and safety limits may apply to protect the service from abuse. We will not deduct a generation for a request that fails before a usable result is completed.

Stripe processes the monthly payment using your chosen payment method. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically each month. You authorise the recurring charge shown at checkout.

You can cancel at any time through Account & Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you retain access until then. You will not be charged again unless you resubscribe. Cancelling a subscription does not itself delete your account or saved data.

First-time customers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial subscription payment. If a refund is issued, access ends immediately. Renewal payments are normally non-refundable, except where required by law, charged in error, or the service is materially faulty.

See the Refund Policy for the request process and further details. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

You must not:

• Use the service for illegal, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, infringing or security-threatening activity.
• Submit material you do not have the right to use, or content containing another person's confidential or highly sensitive data.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, generation limits, billing, security or technical restrictions.
• Share an account, scrape or resell the tools, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or make it available as a competing product.
• Use outputs as professional medical, legal or financial advice without appropriate qualified review.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect users or comply with law. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact us.

You keep ownership of material you submit and are responsible for its accuracy, legality and permissions. You give us a limited right to process it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service.

The Hook Playbook brand, software, interface, curated library, prompts, frameworks and original materials remain ours or our licensors'. Subject to these terms, you may use and adapt the output generated for your own content. Because AI can produce similar material for different users, outputs may not be unique and we cannot guarantee exclusive rights in them.

AI output may be incomplete, incorrect, unsuitable, similar to existing content or inconsistent between runs. You must review, edit and fact-check it, and make your own decision before publishing.

We do not guarantee views, engagement, followers, platform distribution, virality, sales, income or any other result. Platforms and audiences change, and the service is a planning tool rather than a promise of performance.

We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance, provider outages, internet failures, safety controls or changes to third-party systems may cause interruptions. We may improve or change features where this does not remove the core paid service without appropriate notice or remedy.

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach or failure to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, your misuse, or business losses where you use the service mainly for commercial purposes. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, but if you are a consumer elsewhere you keep any mandatory rights and may be able to bring a claim in your local courts.

We may update these terms for legal, security or service changes. Material changes will receive appropriate advance notice. Continuing after the effective date means the updated terms apply; if you do not agree, you may cancel before they take effect.
