Account & Data Deletion

Send an email from the address registered to your account using the button below. This helps us identify the correct account without asking for your password.

Email a deletion request

If you cannot email from the registered address, contact thehookplaybook1@gmail.com and explain why. We may ask for limited information to verify that the account belongs to you. Never send your password or full payment-card details.

Once verified, the account-deletion process is intended to remove:

• Your Supabase authentication account and profile.
• Saved projects and stored generation outputs linked to you.
• Your membership, generation-usage and account-linked application records, subject to the exceptions below.

We normally complete a valid request within 30 days and confirm completion by email. Provider backups may expire through their normal secure rotation schedules rather than immediately.

We may retain the minimum information required for tax, accounting, legal, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, security, chargeback or dispute purposes. Any retained information remains protected, is not used to provide an active account and is deleted or anonymised when the reason for retaining it ends.

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewal and normally preserves access until the end of the paid billing period. It does not delete your login, projects or other account data.

If you have an active subscription and request deletion, we may ask you to confirm immediate loss of access and will ensure future renewal is stopped as part of the deletion workflow.

Copy or export anything you want to keep before submitting the request. Deletion is permanent and saved projects or generated content cannot be restored after the process and applicable backup periods are complete.
